Shipping policy

Enjoy Free Shipping:

  • On all U.S. orders of $150 or more — no code needed.
  • Valid only for purchases made at www.clozettherapy.com.
  • Shipping fees do not apply toward the $150 minimum.
  • Offer applies to standard shipping only. Express and priority shipping are not eligible.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to previous orders.
  • Express and Priority shipping methods are excluded.

How Much Is Shipping?

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically before you complete your payment. Just add your items to your cart and continue to the checkout page — you’ll see all available shipping methods along with their prices.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

  • Orders are typically shipped within 3-4 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order ships, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method you selected at checkout.
  • During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Holiday periods, please allow 5–7 business days for processing, verification, and shipping.

 

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5–7 business days or sooner. Express orders are prioritized and processed within 1 business day.
  • Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Holiday periods. Please allow 8-10 business days for processing, verification, and shipping.
  • We are not responsible for orders lost in transit, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or packages that are unclaimed or refused. We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages confirmed as “delivered” by the carrier and do not issue refunds for such cases.
  • You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided.

Please Note: The total time to receive your order includes both processing time + shipping transit time. For example, selecting Next Day Shipping only affects the shipping speed once your order has been processed — it does not mean you’ll receive your order the day after placing it.

US Orders:

    1. USPS First class Mail (2-5 business days) ***This option will only appear if your order weighs under one pound.***
    2. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days).
    3. USPS Express Mail (Processed and shipped within 1 business day, Delivery guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases) Express is NOT overnight (Signature required). Express orders need to be placed before 12pm EST to guarantee same day shipping.
    4. FedEx Priority Overnight (Processed and shipped the same day if placed by 12PM CST). Friday shipments will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is NOT available.

International Orders:

    1. USPS First class mail (14-20 business days) ***This option will only appear if your order weighs under four pounds.***
    2. USPS Priority mail (6-14 business days).
    3. USPS Express Mail (5 -10 business days).

    All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with delivery times.

SHIPPING RATES:

  • Standard Shipping: $7.99 (2-5 business days).
  • Express Shipping: $34.99 (1-2 business days).

INTERNATIONAL RATES:

  • Rest of the World: $35.00.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. For international orders, Standard Airmail provides a customs form label number, which can help locate your package, but it is not a true tracking number.

 

Please Note:  Ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from clozettheraphy.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. CloZet Therapy & Beauty Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed if you’ve chosen our standard shipping rate.  After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.
